1- Here, first of all create a new document. [ Here I have used width-300 / height-300 and resolution of 96 ]

2- Use polygonal Lasso tool since the image is irregular
and create a shape as shown below. Then create a new
layer and fill it with color of your choice. I used #FFE100.

3 - Using Rectangular marquee tool, right click
and select stroke with 2 pixel and press ok. Press
Ctrl D to deselect.

4- Image will look like this.

5 - Use pen tool and make a shape as shown.
Right click and make selection. Create a new
layer and fill the color.

6 - use Lasso tool and right click and
use 2 pixel for stroke and press ok.

7 - Next use Lasso tool and create a
shape as shown below. use stroke.

8- Use Elliptical marquee tool to make the new shape
and fill it with black color.

9- As shown below use brush tool
while pressing shift Key.

10 - This is the completed image.
