Title: Learn drawing cool circles

Summary: In this tutorial I am not really drawing any particular shape of logo. Instead I will show you how to use some of the cool techniques in photoshop. I will teach how to use motion blur with a circle to make a cool effect and some other photoshop tricks.

1. Take a new document 300px, 300px and then using elliptical marquee tool draw a circle.

2. Now right click on the circle > stroke (Width: 4px, Color: #04C7F7, Location - Center, Mode- Normal, Opacity- 100% )

3. Next use Filter > blur > motion blur ( Angle- 0, Distance- 33px ). as shown below.

4. Now using mouse and while pressing Ctrl key, click on the layer to select it. Fill it with any color.

5. Make a copy of above. use mouse and Ctrl and click on the layer and fill another color. Repeat same steps and you will have image as shown.

6. Now my tutorial is really done but I want to continue to teach you few more things here. Let's create a background. Select all layers except background.

7. Go to Edit click on Free transform and reduce the size and move towards left side. after that make copies as shown below.

8. Now select background and go to Filter > noise > Add noise ( Amount- 7.82, Gaussian ). then go to Image > Adjustment > threshold ( threshold Level -35 ).

9. Now use Elliptical Marquee tool and draw a circle.

10. Right click on this circle > feather and use selection Feather Radius: 34px and press ok.

11. Right click the circle > stroke and use the settings as ( Width: 1px, Color: #FDE362 , Location - Outside , Mode- Normal, Opacity- 100% ) and press ok.

12. Now draw shape using Elliptical marquee tool in all 4 corners.

13. on layer 6 keep the opacity 42%.

14. Now using Magic wand tool on layer 6 you will get as shown below.

15. Fill the color.

16. Completed Image.
