This photoshop tutorial will teach you how to make Rainbow in Photoshop.

[1] Firstly we will set the gradient for
filling the color.
Click on the gradient bar to edit the color settings as in the image.

[2] Now take the color which is indicated with the hand in the next image.

[3] Now make the settings as I have done with it.

[4] Now do the change which I have done to making it.

[5] Make a new file of Height = 400 pixels, Width = 400 pixels
and of resolution 72 dpi and use the RGB mode.

[6] Make the gradient in the file as shown below.

[7] Now introduce a image of clouds whichever you are having I have used this.

[8] Now make the opacity to 45%

[9] Your final image will be as real as like this.
