Summary: This tutorial will teach you how to create a simple menu on your own homepage. Follow the steps carefully. Elliptical Marquee Tool,Pen Tool and Rectangular Marquee Tool are the common tools we need on this Tutorial. Goodluck!
STEP 1. Start with 150px X 400px.
STEP 2. Select Elliptical Marquee Tool and create a circle (2a). Set the foreground color to #19f0fd and fill the selection (2b).

STEP 4.Select Elliptical Tool. Create a circle same on the image below (4a). Ctrl + Enter to create a selection. Follow the setting on the images 4b and 4c.

STEP 6. Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool. Create same shape on the image 6a.
